Who we are.

We’re Don and Nico—two friends who’ve been cooking together for over a decade. Between us, we have 15+ years of experience catering events of all sizes, from intimate dinners to big celebrations. We’ve lived and traveled around the world, and we bring those global influences into every dish we make. At the end of the day, we just really love food, and we’re excited to share that with you.

Chef Don

Don

Don grew up in a small Texas town but found his fire in Austin’s kitchens and creative scene. He spent nearly a decade working every role in the restaurant—front of house to back—before pivoting into marketing, where he helped build some of Austin’s most recognized startups. These days, he’s back where he started: behind the flames, cooking dinners inspired by his Texas roots, seasonal ingredients, and global travels. When he’s not cooking with fire, he’s focused on the sweeter side—developing seasonal desserts and perfecting ice cream recipes one scoop at a time.

Nico

Nico was born in New Mexico, but didn’t stick around long. Since then, he’s lived and traveled all over the world, picking up ideas and inspiration from every corner of the globe. He’s spent over a decade cooking in kitchens, hosting pop-ups, and throwing dinner parties of every size. His Malaysian background shows up often in his cooking—usually in the form of bold flavors, spice, and the occasional sambal. By day, he’s also a restaurant critic for The Infatuation. In short: if it involves food, he’s got thoughts.
