FAQs.
How does pricing work?
Most events are priced per person, and that includes everything—ingredients, labor, equipment, and cleanup. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. For larger events, we’ll send you an all-inclusive quote upfront. Occasionally we may need to rent extra equipment, but we’ll always flag that ahead of time.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
No problem at all—as long as we know in advance. We can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, keto, paleo, and just about anything else you throw at us.
Can I see a sample menu?
Definitely. Every menu we create is custom, but we’re happy to share examples from past events to help spark ideas or guide your planning. Here are a few recent ones: See Sample Menus
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible—especially for weekends and holidays, which tend to book up quickly. That said, we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests when we can.
What is your minimum guest count?
We don't have a minimum guest count, but we do have a minimum charge to come out. For parties of 6+ this usually isn't a problem, but the cost might be high for smaller groups.
Do you offer tastings?
We do, but only for larger events like weddings and large corporate functions. Just let us know you’re interested, and we can work out the details.
Do you provide servers or bartenders?
We can! For certain events, we’ll recommend adding servers or bartenders to make everything run smoothly. We’ll coordinate all of that during the planning process.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Austin and serve the surrounding area, but we’re open to traveling for the right event. Reach out and let’s chat.
What's your cancellation policy?
We get it—plans change. We take a 20% deposit to secure your date. That deposit is fully refundable until 30 days out, 50% refundable until 14 days out, and nonrefundable after that.
Do you offer themed parties?
Absolutely. We love a good theme—it makes things even more fun for us. We’ve done everything from Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings dinners to a 15-course menu inspired by the elements. Got a wild idea? Let’s hear it.
